The terms, plainly
A platform AE earns 40% of a signed business's subscription over its first three months, paid as exactly two installments and then it stops:
- Initial — when the business pays its 1st invoice: your rate × one month.
- Retention — when it pays its 3rd invoice (it stayed): your rate × two months.
The rate rises to 60% — the hard cap — only for businesses signed in a Mon–Sun week where you closed 12 or more.
Example — a $29.00/mo Starter at 40%: $11.60 + $23.20 = $34.80 per business that stays 3 months; at 60%: $52.20. A business that leaves earlier simply triggers fewer installments.
- Every installment is paid out of money the business has already paid the platform — commission never fronts anything.
- Payouts are released by the platform to your connected Stripe account; refunds and disputes reverse the matching commission.
- Earnings depend entirely on the businesses you actually sign and whether they stay — there is no salary, no minimum, and no earnings guarantee here.
- AE profiles are created by the platform team — if you want in, talk to your ClickReserv contact.
